Stil waiting for your solution.

Thanks by advance.

I see nothing that is useful in those images.

Maybe, does something exist in the other top-level menu choices?

You can see under the other top-level menu

The most easy can be to make a video moving in the menus, but i don't now how to post it.

Thank you for posting the video.

However, it did not help.

I looked online:

Specificationshttp://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03612799

This shows the Part-number for front audio component

Service Manualhttp://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03612798

Page 105 -- cable to FRONT AUDIO
Page 194 -- connectors to FRONT
Page 296:

917-Front Audio Not Connected
--> Front audio harness has been detached or unseated from motherboard.
--> Reconnect or replace front audio harness.

In that manual, there seems to be no way to tell the motherboard to "ignore" the FRONT AUDIO.

But, there is a "device security" page, and a section on "audio".

It might be possible to disable all the "audio" features on the motherboard.

Then, install an add-in PCI/PCI-E sound-card, if you want to use audio.

I had resolve my problem by aditting a jumper on the audio port, for your knowledge, picture:20190321_132725.jpg

It had generate a similar new problem with USB font connector, resolve by additing a condensator like this:20190320_233242.jpg20190321_132902.jpg

Now everything is ok for me 😉
