Hi Lokoyel,

Please try the following;

1. Power down the computer and unplug the power cable.

2. Remove the side panel, then remove the 2nd CPU riser card.

3. Remove all the RAM modules on the CPU riser card and carefully wipe the gold contacts with a lint-free cloth and some alcohol, (Iso-Propyl-Alcohol, also called IPA).

4. Re-install the RAM modules back on the CPU riser card.

5. Carefully, but firmly, re-install the 2nd CPU riser card back in the Z620.

6. Plug the power cable back in and test the computer.

Error 929 is usually due to a faulty RAM module, or dirty contact on one or more of the modules.

Error 932 only occurs (on the Z620) when a 2nd CPU riser card is installed. Each CPU has a QPI link which is required to synchronise/communicate the CPU with any external hardware, e.g. motherboard controllers, PCI bus, etc.

Hello RIAN,
First of all, thank you for this answer. I actually followed the protocol that you proposed
to me and waited several weeks before concluding that the problem is solved. Thanks again for your help. I take this opportunity to ask you another question: is it possible to boot the Z620 on an NVME SSD installed
on an HP Z turbo drive PCIE adapter card? The bios (V 3.96) does not detect the SSD. So I can't start on it.
On the other hand, the SSD is detected as storage if I boot from the original Windows installation.
Is there a solution ?

Unfortunately, booting from an NVMe drive on a HP Zx20 workstation is not a simple Yes or No answer. I would suggest you have a read of this post:- https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-PCs-Workstations-and-Point-of-Sale-Systems/The-truth-about-z6...
