@usghani wrote:Thanks for replying, I have installed hp hardware diagnostic application and run full system scan but no issue were found. When I restart my pc it works fine. But when I start it after shuting down It doesn't boot up ,no signal on monitor while all the fans and harddrive running and it doesn't show anything on screen no beaps , and after nearly 1 minute PSU fan speed up at its full speed. Than I turned off power and reinstall ram than it start working normally. Every time I reinstall ram to start my pc after shuting down it
Sorry for the wrong information.
The above indicates a problem with bios and/or a serious problem with the motherboard.. The latest versions are here but obviously you need to be able to start windows. You can try the WindowsKey + B to load the an older bios. I am not sure if your system, the 6300 supports that feature.
Since the system does boot (after re-seating ram??) please check the bios version. Is it one of the following?
