All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This All-in-one died when being used by a Dr on a conference call, and will not boot, having tried a hard reset etc.  power adaptor has power to it and the power supply works with my laptop.

Can anyone suggest how we can have it working during this lockdown please?

This will not work for everyone, but you may be lucky?
No Power, No Boot, No Display When Power Button Is Pressed

Unplug the AC power from the computer.
Press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds.
Release the power button (after at least 12 seconds).
Re-connect the AC power to the computer.
