That is a symptom of the CMOS battery needing to be replaced. On a desktop PC, open the case and look for a coin size (USA nickel size) on the motherboard.  It is usually a CR2032.  If this is a laptop, then it is more difficult but the same/similar problem.

The product number posted - 8CC1300YW4 - is not recognized.
