All in one 22-b382ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

1. Hi, I have an All-in-One 22 - 382ds.

2.  Windows 10- not sure if 32 or 64 bit.
3. No Error message.
4. No changes made to my system before the issue occurred.
PC will not turn on. Only LED light is right above where the power cord gets plugged in. Does not boot up, make noise, and no light turns from the power button.

Have tried hard reset, changed adapter and eletrical socket. Have checked inside battery and RAM. Nothing gives. Am over 10 hours into this!

Am about to lose my marbles. Please help!

Thanks in advance!

Thank you

Hi. Thanks for responding.

If you read my post, you can see I've done everything through the virtual agent, etc.

Already checked the adapter and the voltage output is accurate.

@Paralglpro I appreciate the details, it looks like either the power supply unit or the motherboard has failed and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options,

follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
