Automatic Repair stuck

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hey I have my HP laptop that is stuck in the Automatic Repair. This happened after it did an update and now I have not been able to get in.

i am trying to retrieve the pictures out of it as my Mother in Law has passed away and we need the pictures for the video for her service. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am on a time schedule with the Funeral home.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.
