As far as my desktop and it's issues, I also have another laptop in which is stuck in an Automatic repair; your pc did not start correctly blue screen and I cannot get off of the screen. I have tried the command prompt several times even going to youtube and watching how others have solved the issue but all laptops and solutions I've learned are not created equally. I took out the battery, messed with the power supply and even tried to hard reset it but nothing will take me off the screen. I just can't seem to get back to windows or even the normal layout of the laptop.

Hi
PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.
Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.
NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

Lil_Boy_Blue,
Okay, so I ran the system tests and both the quick and extensive tests said Failed. It only says that the processor check: Passed and the Hard Drive smart check: passed. But everything else failed and it won't run the test anymore. If you have any further solutions I will gladly try them out. Thank you for responding to my post.
