First thing - that is an OLD PC and motherboard. Dec 2010 The support page indicates the motherboard is a M2N68-LA (Narra5)

and the last BIOS file was v5.49. I see from the posting you have v6.01 which is supposed to be a BIOS for the M2N68-LA Narra6.
If the PC is working, then leave it alone. If you are asking for a BIOS update because it has failed, then I believe it is because that BIOS is for a different motherbaord than the one you have.
Please explain the reason for asking about an update.
BTW: on an OEM model that old, there will not be any more updates.
