Plug this cable into the blue MB SATA header.
Try starting the PC to see how it goes.

I'm sorry to see the PC will not load Windows.
As I have previously stated:
"I am confused as to how your PC would have loaded Windows at any point in time without the SATA data cable connection.
You may have a different boot drive problem. There is no way the dangling SSD would be a boot disk without the SATA data cable connection."
Maybe contact the PC Tech you used to install the 2.5 inch SSD.
I don't see how the 2.5 inch SSD would be a boot/OS disk if the SSD data cable was never connected to the MB.

Well, then the SATA drive has failed if all connections are secure.
You will have to replace this drive. Then reinstall Windows.
