Product: DeskElite 800 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to access the BIOS on my DeskElite 800 G1.  I am using a DVI monitor connection.  But I cannot get the BIOS screen to pop up no matter when or how many times I hit the F10 key.

Hi:

 

First you have to tap the ESC key, and then you should have the option to select the F10 BIOS setup option, amongst other options.
