If you had purchased a new automobile, and it had a problem, would you become your own automobile mechanic, or would you take it back to the dealer?  Same question for your brand-new computer.

Either take the computer back to the retailer that sold it to you, and exchange it, or contact HP Support to make a claim against the 12-month HP Warranty.  There is no way that you should expect to be a computer technician.
