Hello,
Following the bios update with your HP Support Assistant software installed on my HP Desktop - 260-p100nf, the bios did not install properly and since then I can no longer start my pc. The bios was the correct one since it was the HP Suppport Assistant software that downloaded and installed it. Today I have no more bios and even with the bios recovery procedure, I cannot restore the bios.
After booting, I have a black screen with information that I do not understand and the ESC command does not work, the pc restarts on the same black screen.
Thanks for your help
