I have a 2019 Hp Spectre x360 and I was working on a project when my computer shut off and went to a screen that said there was a problem and the device needs to restart - bluescreen
Then it gets stuck in an endless loop and the computer never turns on
I ran a blue Screen with errors check, a system test, and those passed. When I try f11 to restart and turn on, nothing works
I lost all my work on my finals
Please help

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It’s frustrating to face such an issue, especially during an important project.
Here are steps to troubleshoot and potentially recover your HP Spectre x360:
Troubleshooting the Endless Loop:
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the laptop and disconnect all external devices.
- Unplug the charger and press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the charger and try turning it on.
Boot into Safe Mode:
- Restart the laptop and press F8 repeatedly during startup.
- Select Safe Mode from the Advanced Boot Options menu.
- If successful, you can back up your files and troubleshoot further.
Run Startup Repair:
- Press F11 during startup to access the recovery menu.
- Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
Check for Corrupted Files:
- In the recovery menu, select Command Prompt and type:sfc /scannow This scans and repairs corrupted system files.
Update Drivers and BIOS:
- If you can boot into Safe Mode, update your drivers and BIOS from the HP Support website.
Recovering Your Work:
Use a Bootable USB Drive:
- Create a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 installation media.
- Boot from the USB and select Repair your computer to access recovery tools.
