HP Recommended
Example: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-224

Hello, when I boot up my desktop a blue screen came up and I ran a quick test on my hard drive. After I did this I got the error code U4L3XS-8LEA3E-9XPGQJ-60RP03 And I was just wondering what I should do from here. Thank you!

Hi,

You have a HDD failure.

Bad news.

Replace the HDD and reinstall the operating system.

I hope you have backed up data.

You could try recovering data on the failing disk. Your description of symptoms may indicate data is gone.

Regards
