HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My 5 day old HP laptop has started to randomly decide that no boot device exists.

Blue screen error:

Boot Device Not Found

Hard Disk - (3F0)

F2 - System Diagnostics

For more information visit...  http://www.hp.com/go/3f0harddiskerror

F2 doesn't work from the error and following the information on the link passes Proceedure 1.

However, for proceedure 2, Legacy Support is knowhere to be found - so you can't disable it and therefore can't get to proceedure 3 to check the Optane memory.

I've carried out all the hardware and software updates and ran all the hardware and software checks I can find... all of them come back OK/Green.

The issue seems to occur most when left open/inactive for a short period. However, there is no consistency in the time delay.

A hard reboot restarts everything as normal.

Any ideas?
