So my desktop needs a usb bios recovery as the internal one did not work,  I currently am on my (Dell) laptop and have downloaded the suggested HP BIOS Recovery software and run it.  As it ran, it placed a file into a folder on my C drive,   I then try to run that placed executable, and nothing happens.  according to the instructions (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730), it should give me an option to create a USB recovery, but nothing is happening at all.  Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?

Hi

Personally I just use the W10 site.

The Cloud Recovery?

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

is a little picky, and not everything is covered.

32 GB USB is the minimum I believe.
