Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My computer froze and turned off. When I try to turn on it shows a black screen with the message:

Boot Device not found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

F2 System diagnostics

 

can someone help me with that?

Run the F2 diags as suggested. If when you select hdd tests, it says no hdd installed, then your hdd may have died.

If the HDD is detected and the diags pass, you may just have lost the boot information off of the HDD.
