Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Try "F2" at the screen in your image. Or restart the PC and tap "F2" to run System Diagnostics if you can't run system diagnostics at the current screen displayed in your image.
It seems your HDD has failed. Or you have a disconnected or faulty cable (data or power), or you have a disk controller problem on the motherboard.
You may have to replace the HDD, troubleshoot data and power cables, or replace the motherboard and reinstall the operating system. You will lose data if you have not done data backups to a secondary HDD or external media.
I have also previously seen bad Windows updates cause this issue. Any cause to this problem is possible.
Check hardware first using HP Diagnostics.
Regards
