Pavilion All-in-One 24-xa0065qe
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning all:

Very frustrated with this computer.  Second one HP has sent me with the same problem.

When new (approx 2 weeks ago) computer would start immediately.  Now it takes 30-60 minutes to boot up.  Power is on but screen is dark.

Have been on with support twice to resolve.  Each time they take remote control, make some changes, tell me its ok and the next day after shutdown i go through the same delayed boot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated but at this point i feel like getting a refund and looking for a non-HP computer.

Thanks
