Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I replaced CPU fan with an aftermarket product with 2 pins. Although it works properly I have to wait for booting because there's no Hardware Monitor option in BIOS where I can disable temperature check. I have updated the BIOS to the latest version available but the problem remains.

 

I don't know how this board works exactly and I will provide link to the original topic where I wanted to ask the question, just in case

You used the wrong kind of fan. 

 

Fans with only two wires only conduct power to the fan. 

 

You need three wires to also allow hardware monitoring of the fan.
