Product: Envy Desktop 750
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC boots to blue screen stating missing product information. It appears the CT number is missing. There is a CT Number in label inside case. How do I set the CT Number. The BIOS page for System Information appears to be read-only.

HP Recommended

I believe this started after BIOS update 828A. It was still showing as needed so I updated again but did not help.
