I can't get into system restore no password

Don't understand your question -- as you do not log into System Restore  -- as that  is a bogus name that Microsoft has assigned to its ability to (sometimes) rollback Windows Updates.

 

You run System Restore on demand once you are logged into Windows -- you do not log into it.

 

So, what are you really trying to do?
