Product: HP Omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The computer will not boot up and is making a series of beeps that consists of: 3 Low Long Beeps and 3 High Short Beeps. I have tried a hard reset and it failed. Please i need help with my computer. Thank you

It is always best to provide the full product number.
A 3:3 error means the following.
Hardware | 3.3 | The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from graphics initialization. | Indicates potential graphics chip failure. For integrated configuration:

I would think you have a discrete graphics card if you have an Omen.
