Product: Pavilion a6000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
When I try to boot the computer all I get is the logo screen and it won't go any further. What can I do? I have tried boot disk and it will not recognize them.

Greetings,
Welcome back to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
A6000 does not yield a valid HP PC. Check the chassis for a product number.
Can you boot the PC to the BIOS? Usually tap "ESC", the select F10.
You may have a hardware problem if you cannot get to the BIOS.
The hardware problem causing this issue is unlimited.
Try "F2" to see if you can run HP Diagnostics.
Regards
