Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My computer will not power on. I went through all the trouble shooting. I decided I needed a new power supply unit. I replaced the power supply unit and boom works fine. It was on for a couple hours then shut itself down and will not boot up again. What happened? Did I do something wrong or is it possible time for a new PC!?
