Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 700-414
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Power outrage.  Now wont boot up. Black screen and rotating circle. I tryed to turn on / off but same thing. Going on for about 1 hour. Any help would be great. Thanks
