Product: HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1150xt CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am just trying to get help connecting the new computer and making sure I don't lose anything from my old computer (also an HP).  So far, HP support, which I am paying extra for, has been impossible to reach.
