toshiba satelite
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a Toshiba satelite and updated a few weeks ago to windows 10.

laptop was frozen so turned power off and now I am in a continous boot loop.  I have made a bootable USB.  I let the laptop drain and was able to get ino the "toshiba setup utility".  Fromm here I was able to change boot order to USB first.

I turned on Laptop and still get message:

" Your pc ran into a proble and needs to restart. We will restart it for you"

Stop code NTFS file system.

even with USB starting I get to the first menu then this message pops up again.  I can't even get it to stop.

I can't even boot into safe mode.

Please Help.

How do I get it to stop the restart loop?

Thanks.

Sorry, but these are the HP forums, not the Toshiba forums.

Lots of older HP laptops do no fare well with the Win10 Upgrade, and we advise folks accordingly AGAINST doing the Upgrade.

Don't know about Toshiba laptops -- you should check THEIR forums for tech advice.

Good Luck
