Hp all-in-one 24. e014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer was working fine and turned off.

Now I'm trying to turn it on ,I click the on buttom and light comes just for one minute and then turn off. Computer did not turning on.

  • Have you reset the computer to release excessive static?

While you respond to that, The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
