I'm very sorry that no one has bothered to respond to you all this time...
You should not be having issues like this with a new HP PC. But we here can do nothing for you to address this.
You should really check with Customer Support at this link to see if they can do anything for you:
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/customerservice
If they won't do anything for you, then your next course of action would be to contact where you bought this and see if they will help. If they also will not, then you should see about returning the PC for a full refund and then buying something different that actually does work properly.
