The OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0034nl occasionally fails to boot. It keeps cycling on and off for fractions of a second. All tests run with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows return no errors.
Thank you for your attention.

Greetings @mauriziop25
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Your PC has an intermittent startup problem. Intermittent problems are difficult to pinpoint.
HP diagnostic tests did not detect errors because the intermittent startup error did not occur while running diagnostics tests.
Your PC has a hardware problem or a power delivery problem (power supply or MB circuitry). I can't isolate the cause of the startup problem in a Forum.
Possible causes are:
- Power button
- Power supply
- Any component connected to the MB including the MB.
I suggest having a local PC Tech take a look if your PC is out of warranty.
Regards
