Diagnostic Test Errors - Boot Test Failure

HP ENVY 23-d027C Touchsmart All in One (H3Z81AA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received boot failure message this morning, tried running diagnostics, receiving both short drive and long drive test failures - code MOC273-0009G9-PXPAW1-60R43........the computer is over 5-6 years old. HELP!

I checked the failure ID you have shared and looks like you have not captured the complete failure ID. However, as the diagnostics failed, it confirms a hardware failure.
