Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I received HP-All-in-One comp. (windows-10 Home) as a gift. Upgraded to (window 11 Home) this year 2022, this message appears at startup: There is an issue with trusted platform module data.  Press(Y)-reset whole TPM or Press(N)-boot with current TPM data Note: Bitlocker may require the recovery key to boot to windows. I clicked N and was able to get into my pc.  I launch the fix/diagnose the problem (in HP launch) and it showed I needed to update BIOS revision/date: ... I clicked the accept button for the update to begin. When finished I restarted the pc and at the startup this message appear: Press the ESC key for startup Menu; The CPU installed, FTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed. Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have Bitlocker or encryption enabled, the system will not reboot without a recovery key

Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot. fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys and data.

I press the N-key and was able to get back on. But every time I turn off the pc and turn it back on, the same message appears. I do not know what happened. I do not have a bitlocker recovery key and never received one.  I checked my microsoft acct. and it said none found. I never received a Bitlocker recovery key and never put any kind of encryption on comp. If there is a Bitlocker recovery key, I do not know about it or where to find it.  Can someone please help?

Thank you.
