before we give you a link, you need the exact computer model, with product number P / N
The bios might be different depending on the model, and you may be looking for an older version
I took for example this model
HP Compaq 8200 Elite All-in-One PC

there are two versions available and one in old versions, is not the same!
you say BIOS v02.28
but here it is: ROM Firmware for HP Compaq 8200 Elite AiO PC (J10) 00.02.18 Rev.A
