I just bought a new Omen 30L and i just changed my ram to my old TridentZ Neo 3200Mhz 8*4gb sticks. My Bios version was f.10 so i upgraded to f.13 which HP SA recommended. I can access my XMP profile 1, but when i enable it, my pc wont boot. It restarts over and over untill it beeps. 3 long beeps and 2 short. It then boots with the default settings, and im only getting 2133mhz on my ram. XMP profile 2 is empty so i only have profile 1. Does anyone know why my xmp profile 1 doesnt work?

There is a discussion here about the TridenZ 3600 memory. They also reference a tutorial about XMP here

You may have to change timings and voltage to get the system stable.
What CPU does your Omen have?
You mention "old" was the memory working OK before the bios upgrade?

I have an intel i7-11700k.
My last pcs motherboard did not support XMP, so they were also running at 2133 in my old computer.
I have not noticed any difference in ram performance afer updating the bios, no.
Is the problem that the XMP profile 1 does not have to correct settings for my ram?

According to a video on YouTube for an Omen, the voltage can be changed and also a timing value. You can try changing some of the values. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QeYz5AQGZ4
I paused the video and there were two setting that could be changed.
I sympathize, as my Area51 has 3200 speed but only runs at 2133
I think my CPU has something to do with that as it only runs at 2133
