Product: OMEN by HP - 17-an110nr

I installed a new Dc power jack into my omen hp laptop 2017. It worked fine but after 40mins or so the files crashed and a recovery page showed up after my laptop restarted. Saying error code 0xc0000185 a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. I don't have a installation media.
