I can get into the bios menu, but when I press the advanced option and go to EUFI configs, My F10 and F9 functions don't do anything when I try to go to boot options to enable secure boot. The F1 button works for system information, but the others do nothing when I press F9 and F10. I have tried a bunch of solutions but nothing has helped.

you had modified something, because of origin it must already be with the safe mode under windows 10?
does your bios look like this?
