Memory_management error, ran the diagnostic tests and come up with everything passed except storage and was given this error code: 9U3U88-8MEC1F-MFPX6K-U0EU03

The error code suggests that your primary (boot) drive is defective in some way.

 

You probably should try to back up all your data and replace the drive:

Can I just factory reset using the cmd promt? I've tried erasing the computer but it simply tells me error: memory_management.
