My HP Envy 34 Curved all in one (34-a015) on boot says "Invalid or Missing Product Information - System Board (00A)"
How can I resolve this? Purchased this brand new and has always been this way and it prevents me from doing a remote reboot because it will not reboot without someone pressing a key to continue. Very frustrating!! Can someone please help me with this? Things I have already done:
1. Reinstall BIOS
2. Upgrade BIOS
3. Edit System ID's in BIOS
4. Restored BIOS to factory defaults.
I have seen others with this issue and it would seem this is not something that I can fix myself, that I need someone to send me a flash drive with a tool on it that will update my bios with the correct systemboard CT number?? Can someone contact me so I can get this resolved?

Hi @zack142,
Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you need assistance with your HP notebook. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?
Have you recently replaced the motherboard?
If you have recently replaced the motherboard and since then having the issue, this could be that the data on the motherboard is erased only way to get it back is to either tattoo the motherboard or replace it.
You would have to Contact HP for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.
Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP.
