OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

My PC has been freezing at the HP Omen loading screen any time it's turned on. A strange work around I found out was to press f11 on startup then go into the UEFI settings. From there if I run a quick system scan then exit the UEFI menu it would load up and work until it was turned off. Now that doesn't seem to be working anymore either. It just swaps between the normal startup to repair startup until it freezes on one of these again.

Check BIOS/UEFI Settings

  3. Load Default Settings in BIOS and save changes.

Update or Reinstall Drivers

  • Boot into Safe Mode.
  • Use Device Manager to check for drivers related to storage and display.
  • Update or reinstall these drivers.

Repair Windows

  1. Boot from a Windows 10 installation USB or DVD.
