I cannot get past HP and swirling circle when starting computer. It goes to blue screen and automatic repair starts and comes to can't repair. Give this to support or service "Stop Code: Bad System Config"
Anyone figured out a way out of this so I can get to login screen and get back my computer!
Thanks, GG107

Sometimes, after "cannot repair", it has done enough repairing that a restart of Windows might be successful.
Or, within "automatic repair", is there an option to "reset my PC" ? It might reinstall Windows, while preserving your personal files.
However, your computer's disk-drive is highly likely to contain your personal files, undamaged.
So, free software, such as "Macrium Reflect" can make a "clone" of your disk-drive to an external disk-drive.
I highly recommend that you make such a "backup" before trying anything "drastic" such as a "reset my PC" function.

Open Start menu. Search for “Create a restore point”. Click top result to open System Properties. Select “System Restore” and then hit “Next”. Select the restore point you want to go back to. Select “Scan for affected programs”. Hit “Next”, and then “Finish”. Let the computer do its work.
