Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded to two monitors, previously just had one and linked via a DVI out from the graphics card.

(Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB)

With the two new monitors are linked together via Displayport leads and to the graphics card by a Displayport lead.

Now when ever the PC boots up, there are a series of beeps, three long three short with a blank screen. PC then gets over the issue and boots up, all works ok.

It happens in all the three displayport sockets on the graphics card, but never happens when non-displayport leads are connected.

How to resolve this?

Hello
can you rephrase, confirm
I am not sure I understood correctly!
The graphics card has 3 DisplayPort

870-126na Product Specifications
When you have the problem, all screens are each connected to a displayport?
I understood here:

" With the two new monitors are linked together via Displayport "

that two displays are linked together, but on one port, so you would only have two ports used?

If this is the case, as before, does a single screen on a display work, or if as I understood it, in order not to have beeps, you need absolutely no screen?
I don't know if that would change much in function!
the error may be this:

Indicates potential graphics chip failure.
For integrated configuration:
  1. For integrated configuration, confirm if graphics is on processor or system board.
  2. For integrated where graphics is on the CPU, swap known good processor.
  3. For integrated configuration, replace system board and/or processor as appropriate. If the add-in card requires additional power, verify the cord is plugged in.
For non-integrated configuration:
  1. Reseat card if able.
  2. Test known good card if able.
  3. Replace affected component.

Hi,

The graphics card ports are separate to the motherboard hdmi ports.

There is a displayport cable from the graphics card to monitor 1.

Out of monitor 1 there is another displayport cable running from monitor 1 to monitor 2.

Windows is fully aware of the two monitors and these function all ok, this issue is when booting up having the beep noises.
