Hi,
Even if you power on the PC and Windows doesn't load a video driver you still will receive a message pertaining to no video source from the monitor.
What video card is installed in your PC?

Hi,
The caching SSD was supported by Condusiv under Windows 8. The Intel RAID support for caching was not used when your PC was shipped. You just can't change the BIOS to RAID mode and then expect Windows to pick up the RAID drivers without booting up in SAFE mode first.
I suspect that your PC failed to boot when loading disk drivers even though you have stated no such message.
Turning off the PC but leaving the monitor active would result in the "no signal" message.
Power up the PC and rapidly tap the ESC key. You should be able to enter the BIOS. Then reverse the SATA mode change from RAID back to AHCI mode, save the change, power off and then power up your PC.
Once you get you PC up and running then post back and I help you get the caching SSD working.

Hi,
Remove the video card and attach the monitor with a known good cable (no adapters) to the motherboard video port.
BTW---the WIN+B key would not cause your issue. It's a red herring with your issue.
