HP 22 All0in-one PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Client of ours decided to put in a BIOS Startup Password and a BIOS Administrator Password.  He remembers the BIOS Startup password since he uses that to get into the machine daily.  Issue is he doesn't remember the BIOS Administrator Password.  I need access to the BIOS and there is no way to get int the computer.

I tried removing the CMOS Battery and the power for ten minutes and still has it in there.

There is only one jumper on the Main-board.  I set it from 1-2 to 2-3 and started machine for five minutes and did not work to clear password.
