Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has problems with Microsoft Edge Tips Browser Page popping up every time I turn on the computer from hibernation and login. The browser from Microsoft Edge Tips automatically opens by itself. How can I disable this feature?

If the computer is "hibernating", it wrote a "checkpoint" before it went to "sleep".

When you "wake" the computer, it should read that checkpoint, and return your computer EXACTLY to the same web-page that was open when it started to hibernate.
