Hello everyone,
I am having multiple problems with my All-in-One HP Envy Desktop. This morning I went to reboot it after it shut down last night and I got a blank screen. The HP logo showed for second and then it went dark. Through the virtual assistant I performed their suggestions and the computer started up, said it was doing an "Automatic Repair" then said it could not Auto Repair to try advanced options. I am not Computer literate enough to go through the Advanced options: startup repair, startup settings, command prompt, uninstall updates, UEFI firmware settings and system restore.
Can someone suggest my next moves? I would really appreciate it.

Please run at least one pass through the HP diagnostics
Press ESC after powering on and run the disk test at least one.
If errors on the disk then report back
If no errors ---

It did not respond to esc and just tried to repair itself then told me it can't repair. Unsure if a new install was done automatically but when I got to a troubleshoot screen, an option was to uninstall updates and features. It told me it could not do that and suggested I reset my computer, without saving any of my files 🙄

If you press ESC too soon or too late you will have to turn off and back on
