Product: ENVY All in One (Touch)

As above, power button does not turn on lights or fans. Tried the reset with disconnecting power, holding power button, and reconnecting. Tried it multiple times. Still nothing.

@StanleyYeltnats -- replace the power-supply, or have a qualified computer technician do it.
