HP Elite 8300 Bios Update

I have HP Compaq Elite 8300 Small Form Factor PC

But i am unable to update bios to latest version, current version is 2.90 year 2013, new latest bios update on HP website is version 3.4 year 2019, but it cant update on my system, error from usb drive process is invalid file and installation from windows issue is, all process complete and computer also restart but still previous bios on system no new updates. Give me solution.

Hi:

In order to update to any of the version 03.xx BIOS versions, you first have to update to v02.99, then you can update to v03.08.
