HP Envy All-in-One desktop not turning o

I had been using my PC for some music recording (nothing hugely demanding, just some vocals via Focusrite USB) and playback crashed as plug-ins were still active. After 5 minutes it still had not loaded so I hard reset the PC by holding the power button (something I have had to do once or twice before).

However, after waiting for it to shut off fully, it no longer turned back on. I have tried removing all USBs and changing power socket but no luck. The PC is only 4 years old so not too old.

The white light by the power input on the PC still lights when plugged in however but the power on button in unresponsive when pressed. Any ideas?

PC runs Intel Core i5 for reference.
